Load-Sensing Hydraulic Manifolds
Load-sensing (LS) hydraulic manifolds are widely used in mobile machinery hydraulic systems, where multiple actuators are required to operate simultaneously under varying loads. In such systems, load-sensing hydraulic control valves adjust pump output flow according to the actual pressure demand of the working actuators, rather than supplying constant flow at maximum pressure.
By regulating pump flow through pressure feedback, load-sensing systems significantly reduce energy consumption in hydraulic systems. The pump only delivers the flow required by the load, avoiding unnecessary throttling losses. This pressure-based flow adjustment also enables smoother actuator motion, reducing friction-related energy loss and minimizing the conversion of excess energy into heat. Lower system heat generation helps slow the thermal aging of hydraulic components, such as seals and valve elements, thereby extending overall system service life and operational stability.
Load-sensing hydraulic manifolds enable on-demand flow supply and flow sharing during combined actuator operation, balancing operating efficiency and energy saving. Multiple control configurations are supported, including manual control, hydraulic pilot control, electro-hydraulic control and CAN bus integration, making these valves suitable for engineering machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, coal mining equipment and metallurgical machinery.
