Modular Flow Control Valve

HCD4 Hydraulic Control Valve
The HCD4 directional-control valve is intended for hydraulic systems used in construction machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, and petroleum and mining machinery. The design enables directional control of hydraulic flow, system pressure regulation, and centralized control of multiple actuators.
A modular structure is employed, allowing the number of directional sections to be selected as required and combined into parallel, series, or series-parallel circuits, making the valve adaptable to a wide range of hydraulic system configurations.
Features & Advantages
  • Multi-stage pressure and load control: Integrated load-holding devices combined with multi-level pressure protection functions enhance overall system safety during operation.
  • Adjustable flow: Flow gain characteristics of the directional sections can be customized according to operating conditions, enabling precise matching to different motion response requirements.
  • Modular circuit configuration: Support for parallel, series, and series-parallel circuit layouts allows flexible control of multiple actuators within complex hydraulic systems.
  • Customizable matching: Based on standard functions, configurations can be adjusted for special operating conditions, facilitating OEM system integration and application-specific optimization.
